Black Dog Architects Co. believes in working hard to create the solutions you need, having fun and being faithful to our clients. We design residential renovations, additions and new homes as well as small-to-medium-scale commercial and institutional projects and adaptive reuse of older buildings for new uses.
I work with you from the preliminary brainstorming and sketching stages through delivery of complete documents needed for bidding and construction. I can test our ideas in full color and 3-D before committing to construction documents, limiting the surprises sometimes found during construction. Once construction is underway, I can be there to help you make sure your project is built as designed and to help you work through the usual unexpected developments by providing clarifications and helping take advantage of unexpected opportunities.
I am registered in PA and DE, insured, and have over 20 years experience in various levels of architectural design. Black Dog works primarily in the greater Philadelphia area, including Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware Counties as well as downtown Philadelphia, but I also have projects in New Hampshire and Maryland.
