New You Nutrition Protocol

It must be clearly understood that this is a “Client Driven” approach to improve health. Once we decide to work together I will make recommendations that you agree to follow. If you choose to follow those recommendations your health will improve. On the other hand, if it becomes clear that you are not following the recommendations the program will be discontinued

Primary Food

Not What You Eat!

I believe and follow the concept that your relationships, career, spiritual or religious activities are the most important factors in achieving and maintaining good health. If you don’t feel good about your job, your marriage or any other important relationship you’re most likely not going to be eating well. When you have chaos and conflict in your life, your eating will reflect that condition. As a “Holistic” practitioner I am concerned with all of you. Your physical, mental and emotional aspects need to be working together to “assist” in the healing process. You will be asked to make lifestyle adjustments that will better support your stated goal of improved health.

Secondary Food

What You Eat

Initially, we will spend most of our time focused on what you’re eating, when and where you are eating it, and under what conditions. A delicious meal eaten at home, with family or friends is completely different than fast food eaten while driving 70 mph on the Thruway rushing to an appointment you are late for! Do you think there may be a difference in how those two meals were digested?
I can hear you saying, “I’m not giving up my__________! {you fill in the blank}
I won’t be asking you to “give up” anything. In fact, I will be asking you to add foods to your diet

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes to an hour every two weeks. They can be in person or on the phone. The initial session MUST be in person. You will be asked to complete a short Health History form and we will sign an agreement clarifying our arrangement. This is an “open- ended” program. Meaning you can stop at any time without penalty or further obligation.

Specializing in "Family" programs with adolescent and pre-adolescent children.
