I am 28 year old grad student at Penn in counseling. I've worked in childcare for about 5 years, both in Philadelphia and at the Ohio State University childcare program. Most of my time in the childcare setting was split between infants (6 weeks - 18 months) and toddlers (18 months - 3 years). I also worked off an on with preschool (3-5) and schoolage. I worked for a couple years as a tutor in Washington DC public schools. I've had to do numerous background checks and trainings for my positions in the childcare setting. All my clearances are clean and available. I'm conversational (not completely fluent) in American Sign Language, and know basic Spanish and Swedish. I am usually free on the weekends and many nights of the week. At the moment I am available Thursdays all day. This will all be changing in about a month when I complete school and my internship. I'm looking for part time work right now to supplement income, but could be interested in something more regular beginning in mid-May I check email pretty regularly, but can also be reached by phone.
