Your wedding day should be an exciting and special day for everyone involved and no bride or groom should have to worry about implementing the details that they have spent months planning. Things don't always go perfectly but as far as you will know your wedding day will run smoothly from start to finish.

In addition to having my own Event/Wedding Planning Business on the side, I am an event coordinator at a desirable Chelsea loft space. My experience includes planning events from start to finish or just day of coordination and anything in between. I can work with you from day one searching for and hiring vendors or I can come into the process in the weeks before your wedding to put together contact information, review contracts, liaise with vendors to ensure they have the correct arrival times and locations, and set up your timeline and check list. On the day of your event I would be there to see that things run smoothly and on time, that vendors are where they need to be and that your event decor is set according to your vision. At the end of the day I will ensure that you go home with all of the bits and pieces that sometimes get left behind and that you, your fiance,your family and friends enjoy a stress free day.

I handle pressure with dignity and grace and my clients with respect and a smile. My years of event experience allow me to think quickly on my feet and solve problems in a creative manor. In addition to my event experience I come equipped with a large emergency "day of" kit and years of sewing experience to solve any last minute snags.
