Lessons with cover technique with and without the bow. I teach BOTH FRENCH and GERMAN style bow holds. We will cover scales, arpeggios, and bowing exercise, popular tunes, classical tunes, orchestral excerpts, College audition Material.
Music Theory will include Ear Training, Scales, Triads, 4-part harmony, Dictation.
I have appeared on stage with members from The Emerson Quartet, Ani Kafavian, Stephen Taylor, Frank Morelli, Colin Carr, Joseph Carver and have performed at The Boston Early Music Festival, The Emerson Chamber Festival, The Juene Atlantique Festival (France) and have performed professionally with several orchestras in Europe and chamber ensembles in America.
I have taught privately for 9 years. I am also moderately proficient at the piano and have sung in professional choirs.
