Hi my name is Astrid and I have worked with the elderly for more than five years. During this time I have cared for many patients with many ailments. I have worked with the hypertensive, diabetic, terminally ill to name a few. My duties have included assisting with daily living needs, ambulation, administering medication (insulin shots), running errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation and feedings (if applicable), taking to doctors' appointments and mostly being a companion. I have experience in caring for both male and female patients and have provided care to termially ill, hospitalized patients. I am kind, compassionate, patient and dedicated.
